Free First Time Pick-Up
We will do the initial pick up of your documents free of charge. All you do is pack your documents in boxes and tell us where to pick them up. Subsequent pick-ups and drop-offs will be charged at the quoted rates. Pick up and drop off services are subject to mileage limits…must be within 35 miles of our location.
Flexible Pick Up and Delivery Services
We make it easy to move and store your business records with us. Simply pack your records and we will pick them up and transport them to our secure 125,000 sq. ft. facility in Pittsburg, CA. When you need them back we’ll provide retrieval services in same time frame we provided when we did the pick-up. We can also scan your records and documents, or you can scan them and email them to us.
Document Destruction Services (secure shredding)
Provided off-site or at your place of business. We keep up tocdate with international standards, privacy laws and U.S. government regulations. Inclues disposal of documents and non-paper based media. Our services include:
- Off-site shredding
- On-site shredding with mobile shredding units. Assist with oversight & verification by witnesses or notary
